Wilo has made two wastewater treatment acquisitions in Germany: FSM Frankenberger GmbH & Co KG in Pohlheim and WSM Walower Stahl- und Maschinenbau GmbH in Walow.

Both companies concentrate on applied sciences for mechanical cleansing and therapy of wastewater.

The two corporations shall be integrated into Wilo’s Water Treatment Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
However, pressure gauge and WSM Walower remain impartial and will continue to be run by native managers.
