Valmet opens new service centre in Chile for mining and metals

Valmet is adding a model new move management solutions service centre in Antofagasta, Chile, increasing its providing to the mining and metals trade.
The Antofagasta service centre begins working this month.
The new Antofagasta service centre will provide a full range of move control providers, together with the replacement and maintenance of valves, pumps and third-party equipment. It will allow agile supply of crucial spare and wear parts in addition to digital instruments and providers for the complete product and plants cycle. The service centre will also serve as a customer training facility.
The Valmet portfolio for mining, metals and steel includes the Neles, Jamesbury, Neles Easyflow and Flowrox manufacturers.

From Antofagasta, our service teams shall be near buyer operations in Chile and in Peru.”
