Danish marine pump specialist Svanehøj has received an order from China’s Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding to produce gasoline pump systems for 15 new construct dual-fuel LNG container vessels (7000 TEU).

The 30 deepwell gas pumps will be delivered between August 2022 and January 2024.
This is certainly one of Svanehøj’s largest LNG fuel-related orders so far. It can be the second LNG gas pump methods order that Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding has positioned with Svanehøj within the final 12 months. In July 2021, Svanehøj signed a contract to provide deepwell pumps for 10 dual-fuel LNG container vessels (15 000 TEU).
Svanehøj quadrupled sales of its patented deepwell gas pumps in 2021, and says there are many indications that sales may enhance even further in 2022.
