Alton Smith has joined Sundyne as regional sales supervisor for North and Latin America, focusing on the chemical and industrial (C&I) markets.

In his new role, Smith will strengthen customer facing initiatives and work with Sundyne’s inside teams to broaden throughout the C&I house.
Smith involves Sundyne with greater than 30 years of expertise in promoting highly engineered tools and repair solutions to the downstream and midstream sectors. He has labored extensively with EPCs, OEMs and end customers within the renewable power, oil & fuel, petrochemical, chemical and power generation markets.
Prior to Sundyne, Smith served as vp of gross sales for Fluid Sealing International, the place he developed methods to strengthen & grow distributor sales, while also overseeing training and applications assist. He beforehand served as a regional sales supervisor for EKATO Systems. Smith started his career at Flowserve Corp’s Seal Division and has also labored with midstream oil & gasoline OEMs at EagleBurgmann and John Crane Inc.
