OTC Industrial Technologies acquires ePumps

US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

ePumps can additionally be a full-service provider of all forms of rotating equipment, with in-house and area service capabilities. The firm has three places serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a team of 28 staff.
The acquired enterprise will function underneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with additional territory protection, high product strains and adding further service capabilities to this space. We are very wanting to convey them into the OTC portfolio.”
