OTC Industrial Technologies acquires ePumps

เกจวัดแรงดันsumo and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service supplier of all types of rotating tools, with in-house and field service capabilities. The firm has three places serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a group of 28 workers.
The acquired business will operate under OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with additional territory coverage, top product traces and including extra service capabilities to this area. We are very wanting to convey them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has nearly sixty five places throughout the United States, and greater than 40 service shops. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 staff.
