OTC Industrial Technologies acquires ePumps

US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service provider of all kinds of rotating equipment, with in-house and field service capabilities. The firm has three areas serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a group of 28 employees.

Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with extra territory protection, prime product lines and including additional service capabilities to this space. We are very desperate to deliver them into the OTC portfolio.”
“ePumps is worked up to affix a national pump group offering additional assets and the flexibility to work alongside a staff that is devoted to supporting our local community and clients,” said Gary Simpson, ePumps president.
OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has almost sixty five places throughout the United States, and more than forty service outlets. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 staff.
