OTC Industrial Technologies acquires ePumps

US industrial distributor and repair supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum methods and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service provider of all kinds of rotating gear, with in-house and area service capabilities. The firm has three areas serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a staff of 28 workers.
The acquired enterprise will function underneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, said: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with extra territory protection, high product traces and including additional service capabilities to this space. We are very eager to convey them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has almost sixty five locations throughout the United States, and more than forty service outlets. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to greater than 1600 employees.
