GIW Industries, Inc., a subsidiary of the KSB Group, specialised in the manufacturing of mining pumps, has launched a heavy-duty pump referred to as MDX-850 on the market.
The specialists from Grovetown in Georgia, USA, have developed this kind series particularly for the intense circumstances encountered in onerous rock mining in mill circuits. The new MDX-850 raises the bar of the manufacturing stage while preserving the general working prices, i.e. the whole price of ownership, down. The impeller diameter measures 2,600 mm (102″), exceeding that of the beforehand largest MDX pump by 250 mm (10″).
The design features of MDX-850 embody a variety of enhancements that have been made to the MDX kind collection over the earlier couple of years. The pump width, as an example, has been enlarged to allow for improved diverter design. The impeller, too, has been strengthened in areas vulnerable to wear. Thicker impeller vanes, cast from Gasite 28G and Endurasite, enhance wear resistance and extend the life cycle of the pumps. MDX-850 is characterised by its enhanced interface between suction liner and suction plate, enabling the use of an innovatively designed put on ring at the pump inlet.
Like เกจวัดแรงดันสูง , measurement 850 comes with an adjustable suction liner to permit adjustments of the clearance between the impeller nose and suction liner from the suction side of the pump even when the pump is operating. The MDX-850 design is compatible with the GIW RAMSL (Remotely Adjusted Mechanical Suction Liner) expertise upgrade that makes adjustment of the clearance between the impeller nostril and suction liner quick and precise.
