Netzsch expands grinding technology with N.Mac Twin Shaft Grinder

Netzsch Pumps’ N.Mac twin shaft grinder is designed to protect pumps and processes. Its’ cartridge is designed to provide simple servicing and upkeep.
The N.Mac Twin Shaft Grinder features modular assemblies and interchangeable components that facilitate common elements servicing.
The N.Mac is designed to fragment a variety of supplies, and is appropriate for wastewater remedy, biogas and biomass crops, meals, animal processing, and other waste and industrial functions. Available in both open channel and inline (flanged) housing development. The N.Mac may be installed into influent channels, pump stations, upstream from a pump or whatever your processing wants need. It can be vertically or horizontally for hopper purposes.
Twin shaft grinder options cartridge slicing knives for fast and easiest substitute and servicing and offers quenched lubricated mechanical seals as standard for dry operating functionality. The mechanical seal cartridge design, a leak free mixture of mechanical seal and bearing cartridges, also permits for quick and easy substitute and servicing.
For greater circulate purposes, grinders can operate in parallel, enabling partial servicing while in operation. The N.Mac could be mounted upstream before the pump (inline model) or on top of a hopper pump with an auger (channel model). pressure gauge octa can also be stacked for successive particle size reduction.
