Industrial Flow Solutions to amass Italy’s Dreno Pompe

Industrial Flow Solutions is shopping for Dreno Pompe, a designer and producer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater functions, based in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio firm of personal equity agency May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid administration options for harsh, rugged environments. The company, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is residence to BJM Pumps products, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump systems and the Oil Minder pump and management answer, in addition to Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired last October.
Founded in 1990, Dreno Pompe designs and manufactures submersible pumps and mixers in addition to accessories required for set up.
