CIR 3100 is suitable for throttling and on-off management of a fluid flow such as gas, steam, water or chemical compounds to compensate for the load disturbance and helps to keep the regulated process variable as shut as possible to the specified set level.
The control valves are specifically designed for both high and low stress drop service. Pressure drop, high velocities and throttling occur only at the cage window and the plug, which protects the seat ring and offers tight shut-off capability to the valve. A Class V leakage option is out there for high temperature functions.
The CIR3100 management valve has certifications which embody Indian Boiler Regulation (IBR), PED & CE, and TSG-China and the corporate is constant to upgrade the sizes and pressure ranges to cater to customer calls for.
