Two of the six API 610 VS4 pumps are pour point depressant pumps which might be 18m in size and the opposite 4 are methanol raise pumps that are 10m long.
All of the pumps have PT100 temperature sensors that have been designed and built alongside the size of the pumps to monitor the temperature of each bearing individually.
เกจวัดแรงดันน้ำประปาราคา incorporate a supporting system of brackets that Amarinth has designed which attaches every pump to its tank throughout set up guaranteeing that as the pump is lowered into the tank it remains completely aligned, decreasing vibration and wear during operation.
Once assembled, the pumps were independently witness tested and authorized by DNV at Amarinth’s facility in Rendlesham, UK. The pumps have been then disassembled into 3m segments and shipped to Singapore the place the FPSO (floating manufacturing storage and offloading unit) is being built.
The pump delivery and installation needed to align with the FPSO construct schedule. Because of the size of the pumps, they needed to be put in into the vessel’s tanks by way of the deck before another deck above the pumps could be built. The first phase was completed efficiently over the Christmas interval with Amarinth’s Engineering Commissioning staff supporting the client with the installation and commissioning.
The FPSO might be positioned in the KG-DWN 98/2 subject, approximately 22 km off the east coast of Kakinada, India. The vessel is designed to provide as much as ninety 000 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) and have a 1.3-million-barrel storage facility. It might be equipped to handle the monsoon situations prevalent on the field.
